ConsoleRichTextBox.BufferSize returns an incorrect width - the value it returns is too big. This causes the output from many commands to be misformatted. The patch fixes the error by creating FormattedText instances of decreasing widths until a short enough one is found. The fix works but it's not really production ready. At least it's a start.
BTW I generated it using the CodePlex client. The format isn't human readable so I hope it works!
